Founder & CEO
Alanna Calleja is a registered nurse accredited by Texas Board of Nurses. She has received training from elite plastic surgeons in Houston and has acquired a wide scope of injection technique and skill. Combined with her extensive knowledge of the anatomy of the face and years of advanced injection techniques, Alanna is more than qualified to help evaluate and treat your aesthetic concerns. She is one of the elite providers for Nova Threads in the Houston area and her practice has been rated the number one single-provider clinic for Jeuveau. You may have seen her on billboards or on your smart device where her practice is featured on a commercial in collaboration with Evolus.

Kerri Hayes
Skin Specialist and Lead Laser Technician
With over 11 years of dedicated service in the dynamic world of aesthetics, and bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the realm of skincare and beauty. Kerri has passionately devoted her career to helping individuals achieve their aesthetic goals, and creating a lasting impact on the lives of countless clients.

Mariah Akers
Office Manager
Mariah is the office manager at Facial Aesthetics Team. As such, she oversees patient care at every level. Serving as a liaison between patients and the provider, her role is to answer all questions in order to help patients navigate their anti-aging journey.
Mariah has been in customer service for over 10 years. She brings a knowledgeable and comforting presence to the consult process. Mariah is passionate about helping guide patients through their own personal aesthetic journey.

Dr. William Brown
Medical Director
Born 1961. Completed Medical School at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas in 1987. Completed a General Surgery Residency training program in Phoenix in 1992 and a year of Fellowship training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston in 1993. Also Board Certified in Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine. Worked extensively in Emergency Medicine in the Houston area.
