You may experience mild-moderate swelling, tenderness, or small injection-site bumps for 1-2 weeks. Most clients return to normal activities the same day or the day after. Bruising is also a concern for many clients and if bruising does occur it could last 3-14 days in most cases. Cover up may be applied as needed.

After your Lanna Lift, avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, and excessive heat for 72 hours, keep the area clean, and refrain from massaging or applying pressure to the treated zones. Stay hydrated, follow all provided post-care instructions provided by your provider.
